Two generations of
caring for yours.
What started as a father teaching his son the dry cleaning trade turned into the cleaner this town counts on. Over 40 years later, that same hands-on dedication is still how we run the shop.
Meet Mark
Mark got into this business working alongside his father over four decades ago. It was a real apprenticeship. His dad didn't just show him how to run the equipment. He taught him how to look at a garment and know exactly what it needs, how to spot a stain before the customer even mentions it, and how to treat every piece like it matters. Because it does.
Today, Mark owns and operates Dry Cleaning Butler from the same downtown Eagle location the community has trusted for years. There's no corporate office, no franchise playbook. When you walk in, the owner is right there. After two visits, he'll know your name.
That's why most of our customers stick around. We have delivery customers who have been with us for 10, even 15 years. We've been a Nextdoor Favorite year after year. And we still do things the way Mark's father taught him: look at every garment, take your time, and get it right.
Why "Butler"?
People ask about the name. A butler takes care of everything so you don't have to think about it. That's what we do. We pick up your clothes, clean them with eco-friendly organic solvents, press them, and bring them back to your door. You don't have to worry about any of it.
The name isn't a gimmick. It's how we actually run the business. You call, we show up, and your clothes come back looking great. That's the whole idea.
"We've used this dry cleaners for three years. They're prompt and kind every time we go, often times twice a week. We had an emergency situation recently and the owner went above and beyond."
